1. If the named holder of this card is a season ticket holder this card will admit that individual to all regular season league home matches.
2. If the named holder of this card is a season ticket holder this card will admit that individual to the home qualifying rounds of any Cup competitions.
3. The 'Bring a Friend for free' scheme can only be redeemed for 2011-2012 league home matches and the 'free' credit can only be for the same or lower price category as the season ticket holder. The tickets are subject to availability and if we are unable to allocate you with a ticket in the same area of the stadium as your season ticket we will offer an alternative area of the stadium for the equivalent price or lower. One credit has been added to your personal entry card and it must be redeemed in exchange for a match ticket. Your credit must be redeemed prior to 12 noon on match day and you must provide the name, address and postcode details of the 'friend' who will be using the ticket.
5. Leeds Rugby reserve the right not to renew seats currently held by season ticket holders. If, as a result of redevelopment of seated/standing areas or as a result of a commercial decision taken by Leeds Rugby, particular seats / standing positions in the ground are not available for renewal, season ticket holders will be offered alternative seats/standing positions within the ground. If during the playing season it becomes necessary, as a result of the requirements of the Safety at Sports Ground Act 1975 or as a requirement of our Ground Safety Certificate, to remove certain seats / standing positions, the holder will be offered an alternative seat / standing positions or a pro rata reimbursement of the cost of their season pass.
6. If you have forgotten your card, individual match tickets cannot be issued.
7. HOME CUP & PLAY OFF TIES - Season ticket holders will be given the first priority on tickets of a rate of at least one per holder. Where possible seat season ticket holders may reserve their own seats but this cannot always be guaranteed.
8. AWAY CUP & PLAY OFF TIES - Season ticket holders will be given the first level of priority on tickets on a rate of at least one per holder. No guarantee of allocation can be given owing to the fact that frequently the number of applications exceeds the number of tickets issued to Leeds Rugby.
9. All entry cards are issued subject to the Rules, Regulations and Byelaws of the Rugby Football Union and the Safety of Sports Grounds Acts 1975.
10. Leeds Rugby cannot guarantee that published fixtures will not be subject to alteration and that the advertised kick-off times will not be changed always check fixture information at http://www.leedsrugby.com/.
11. The club cannot accept responsibility for cards lost or destroyed

13. If the named holder of this card is a student, they will be required to show a valid student ID card upon purchase of tickets and entry into the ground.
14. Proof of ID & age may be asked for.
15. Leeds Rugby reserves the right to refuse entry.
1. Leeds Rugby ('the Club Management') reserves the right of admission to the Ground.
2. All matches will be played in accordance with the rules and regulations of The Rugby Football Union ('RFU') and their respective laws of the game.
3. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on any particular day or at any particular time and the Club Management reserves the right to change its advertised fixtures without notice or liability.
4. At the Club Management's discretion, refunds may be made in respect of tickets sold and paid for in advance of a match, where such match is postponed. This is subject to a time limitation, the details of which can be obtained from the Club.
5. The Club Management reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground:-
a) Any person dressed in a manner which is
i) Considered inappropriate, offensive or distasteful.
ii) Considered dangerous either to their own safety or the safety of other spectators.
iii) Considered an obstruction to the view of the spectators.
b) Any person who refuses to be searched by any servant or agent of the Club.
6. Fireworks, smoke canisters, knives, bottles, glasses, cans, flags, banners, poles and other similar articles or containers, which might be used as a weapon or missile, are not permitted within the Ground and maybe confiscated.
7. The throwing of any object within the Ground is strictly forbidden.
8. It is an offence to use foul and abusive language, obscene chanting or racial abuse. Action will be taken against any individual(s) indulging in such acts.
9. Unauthorised persons are strictly forbidden from entering upon the field of play, unless advised to do so in an emergency. Individuals entering upon the filed of play without permission may be charged with aggravated trespass and will be banned from the ground.
10. The obstructing of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places and standing in seated areas whilst play is in progress is strictly forbidden.
11. The climbing of floodlight pylons, stands or any other structure within the Ground is strictly forbidden.
12. Unnecessary noise such as that from the use of radio sets and behaviour likely to cause confusion or annoyance to any person is not permitted in any part of the ground.
13. Any person attempting to gain admission to, or being found within, a section of the Ground designated for 'Members Only' without the appropriate authorisation may be ejected from the Ground.
14. With the exception of persons authorised by the Club Management and Press Representatives holding official passes, the taking of photographs, cine photography video or digital footage inside the Ground is prohibited. In addition, recording for Radio, Television, Online or for private purposes, whether for transmission or otherwise, is not permitted except with special authorisation in writing by the Club Management.
15. Only persons specifically authorised in writing by the Club Management are permitted to distribute either without charge or offer for sale within the Ground any newspapers, periodicals or any other articles.
16. Any person found damaging or defacing property within the Stadium will be prosecuted.
17. Persons failing to comply with instructions from a Steward or other authorised agent of the Club may be ejected from the Ground.
18. The Stadium Management reserves the right for its servants and agents to remove from the ground any person who does not to comply with these Ground Regulations, the Rules and Regulations of the RFU and the Safety of Sports Grounds Acts 1975 or whose presence within the Ground is, or could, reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person.
19. On all Rugby Events at Headingley Carnegie Stadium the importation of alcohol is forbidden.
20. All young persons have a right to be safe and enjoy sport at Headingley Carnegie Stadium. Please ensure that children under 16 are accompanied by a responsible adult.
21. All persons entering the ground are admitted only subject to their acceptance of the above Ground Regulations. Entry to the ground is conditional on and will constitute unqualified acceptance of all the rules and regulations.
22. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
