Do you know someone who would like the experience of a lifetime by getting the chance to run out with their favourite players on the famous Headingley Carnegie pitch?
As part of their package of benefits Leeds Carnegie season ticket holders have the chance to be matchday mascot. If you are a season ticket holder and you or your child would like to be a mascot at any Leeds Carnegie home game please fill in the feedback form below which will be sent to Andew Webster in the Leeds Rugby Community Department.
Entrants must be season ticket holders, aged between 3 and 14 and will be drawn at random prior to the game.
