Vacant Positions - Headingley Lodge

Full Time Receptionist - 40 hours per week
Night Receptionist - 3 nights per week

We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Receptionist and Night Receptionist to work in our Lodge. Headingley Lodge is situated at Headingley Carnegie Stadium in Leeds and boasts a 4 star (accommodation only) rating. The role holders will report to the Lodge Manager and assist in providing a positive experience for all guests that stay in the Lodge.
As the first point of contact for our guests you will be highly customer focused and have excellent communication skills. Your duties will include greeting customers on arrival and assisting with their queries, handling incoming telephone calls, and processing payments for bookings. You will be able to work using your own initiative and have strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable with a knowledge of the Guestline Booking System and Microsoft Outlook, however, training will be provided for the successful candidate.
The full time role requirement is 40 hours per week, the shifts will be either 7am - 3pm or 3pm -11pm and you may also be required to work the occasional night shift.

The night receptionist will be required to work 11pm until 7am, 3 nights a week.

The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
